Monte remain strong in the ESL Pro League and secured one of the places in the semis of what should be the last tournament in CS:GO, as CS2 was launched this Wednesday. The team dispatched Mathieu's "ZywOo" Vitality. In the other semi, NAVI secured the victory over Eternal Fire. The championship in Malta runs until Sunday.
In the first match of the day, the Ukrainians faced Vitality, who are facing rumors that coach Danny "zonic" is leaving. Monte opened 11-4 in Anubis and ended up closing 16-11. In Nuke, Monte won 16-14 and advanced to the semi.
Eternal Fire, who eliminated BIG and Astralis, was stopped by Oleksandr "s1mple's" NAVI. The Ukrainian even ended the match with a rating of 1.42. NAVI won Anubis by 16 to 7 and on Nuke by 16 to 10.
