After three years on FaZe Clan, Rusell "Twistzz" announced his departure this Friday. It is expected to have the Canadian player back on Liquid's roster, alongside Keith "NAF" and Mareks "YEKINDAR". There are speculations that Casper "cadiaN" and brazilian "Felipe "skullz" are also on Liquid's radar.

Of the four tournaments that Twistzz and FaZe played together in CS2, the line up won three: CS Asia Championships, IEM Sydney and Thunderpick World Championship. They managed to also have an 18 win streak that was ended by Vitality at the BLAST Fall Final.
In CS:GO, the 24 year old won IEM Katowice 2022, ESL Pro League Season 15 and 17, IEM Cologne 2022, PGL Major Antwerp 2022 and the one million dollar Intel Grand Slam Season 4.
FaZe still has one more competition befor player break and have yet announced who will replace twistzz at th BLAST Premier World Final, in Abu Dhabi from December 13th to 17th.
